- Hekate oil and/or personal power oil
- Magical power or frankincense incense
- Florida water or Moon water
- Image of Hekate
- Hekate’s Symbols: You may include items such as keys, torches, or dog figurines, which are sacred to Hecate.
- Offerings: Consider offering garlic, eggs, honey, or wine, all of which are traditional offerings to Hekate.
- Herbs and Crystals: You might include mugwort, yew, or black tourmaline to further enhance the ritual.
Begin by cleansing your space with incense or a smudge stick.

Carve your name and birthday on the candle with the command - Increase my magical power.
Anoint the purple pyramid candle with Hekate oil and/or personal power oil
"By the power of the guides, guardians, ancestors and angels. I anoint this candle to increase my magical power and ability. In the name of Hekate, Queen of Magic. Ave Hekate, Regina Magicae."
Draw an invoking pentagram of power over the item to seal
Set up your altar with the purple pyramid candle at the center, surrounded by Hekate’s symbols and offerings.
Present your offerings to Hekate. Place them on the altar, and express your gratitude for her guidance and support.
On a piece of paper, write your specific request to Hekate for increased magical power. Be clear, specific and focused on what you want to achieve. Make sure the petition paper includes your name and birthday. Once written, place the petition under the candle.
Invocation of Hekate: Light the candle and call upon Hekate. You can say something like:
"Hekate, Queen of Witches, Keeper of the Keys,
I call upon you tonight to guide me on my path,

State intention you wrote on your petition paper

Focus on the flame of the candle. Visualize your magical power growing stronger, your intuition increasing, and your connection to Hecate deepening. Feel the energy of the purple candle amplifying your intent.
Affirm: "I am a powerful witch-daughter of Hekate. Every spell I cast is powerfully and quickly manifested."
Seal the entire working with an invoking pentagram of power.
Once you feel the ritual is complete, thank Hecate for her presence. Allow the candle to burn down completely, or snuff it out and relight later, repeating the the ritual until the candle is completed.
Once the candle has burned down, you can bury the remnants along with the petition in a place that feels sacred to you, such as at a crossroads or under a tree, with an offering to the spirits.
